ZMQ expertise in capacity building and training of frontline workers. It works with community mobilizers, frontline health workers and communities on various social and technological issues. We conducting interactive training sessions to build their capacities and enhance new skills. These capacity building sessions are also integrated with technology tools to cater to large group of population. is develops the ability to evaluate and address the crucial questions like modes of implementing the development options based on understanding of challenges posed by the client, catering to the needs of intended group on the ground.

ZMQ’s one of the cores from the beginning has been its strength of developing learning, training and capacity building through tools and technologies. Capacity building is recognized as a long term, continuing process in which all stakeholders participate to strengthen human and institutional resources, to undertake the necessary functions and service provision in sustainable approach. It is a continuous process not only of training and capacity building but to enhance the skills of workforce in a way that keeps them motivated to achieve the development objectives.

Capacity building is essential in implementing a BCC strategy in regard to formative BCC assessment, design, communication product development, pre-testing, monitoring, or evaluation and is extremely important for outreach workers, counselors and community workers, whose primary responsibility is communicating with target populations. Focusing more on understanding the obstacles that inhibit stakeholders from realizing their developmental goals, while enhancing their abilities to achieve measurable and sustainable results, we make efforts by providing technical assistance to build capacities and promote sustainable development.

At ZMQ, we not only build interactive e-learning modules but also design training guides and tool kits for our client group and conduct trainings with various stakeholders with the objective of not only providing support materials but also enhancing their communication skills, which will enable them to reinforce key message and stimulate discussions. The purpose of the training programme is to increase the skills, knowledge and confidence among the people working in the community and to develop the ability to address the crucial questions like modes of implementing the development options based on understanding of challenges posed by the client, catering to the needs of intended group on the ground.
