One of the main expertises of ZMQ is to develop holistic technology platforms which connects not only the community but also connects them with various services, which can be public health to financial services or government schemes. ZMQ has immense experience in developing such holistic platforms like Polio Management System, Tuberculosis Management System, Maternal & Child Health Holistic Platform, Livelihood Platforms and Micro-Finance System to Self Help Group technologies. Similar systems have been developed for MCH in Uganda and Afghanistan, and Tb in Uganda.
ZMQ uses open source technologies to develop these platforms. The architecture of such platforms are robust and flexible. The communities are usually connected to the platform through mobile interface. The other end, that is the service provisioning end, is linked through a mobile or a computer.
